A Client requested a set of 3 formulations to enhance bioavailability of an NME within a 6 week timeframe for animal pharmacology studies.

Drug product methods were developed and a set of oil in water self micro-emulsifying concentrates were prepared.

These formulations were found to be chemically and physically stable.

This improved bioavailability enabled the client to increase animal exposure.
